Worked as operational analyst which was a third party screening company named as first advantage. My key role in the company was to call the employers of companies where candidates previously worked and verify the details as per their company protocol may be via phone call , email, fax or through different websites. We verify details such as dates of employments, job titles ,reason for resignation, if they are eligible for re-hire and some dot question as per companies requirements and we also was asked to verify education of the employees and note it in the company portal assigned for each employees
