My role as a Program Manager was to define/identify the problem and building analytical frameworks to help operations to streamline the process and identify gaps in existing process by extracting and analyzing the business data, developing metrics and liaising with cross functional team(s).
Along with a number of other tasks and commitments, I was responsible for collaborating cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams and managing the programs to streamline process and find out ways to reduce AHT/Defects for organization to manage daily operations.
My job as a support engineer in continuous improvement was to establish core systems with fine metrics, improve AA learning and development, oversee the performance of all 33 teams under the same organization, standardize procedures through automation using SQL, R and Python and encourage engagement across the business.
