• Played a key role in coordinating event execution across all Pre-Primary sections, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Created the Annual Event Calendar (AY 2025–26) for the school.

Curriculum and program development.

• Developed detailed and age-appropriate curricula for Playgroup and Nursery, aligned with early learning goals.
• Introduced “Creative Reading Time” to build reading habits and improve engagement among early learners.
• Conceptualized and rolled out a “No Screen Week” initiative — implemented at school and reinforced at home with parental involvement.

Student and Parent Engagement

• Proactively supported slow learners across Pre-Primary by working closely with the school counselor.
• Conducted 1-on-1 meetings with three at-risk parents who were considering withdrawal, and successfully retained all three through effective dialogue and resolution.
• Supervised and managed field trip planning and safety protocols for pre-primary.

Digital Communication and Branding

• Oversaw content planning and timelines for the Pre-Primary section’s social media uploads, ensuring relevant and timely school communication with parents and the public.

Right-Brain Teaching

• Delivered engaging sessions that improve children's participation and focus by introducing creative methods, which resulted in a noticeable increase in attention span among preschoolers.
