Project: SMS Dashboard (A2P Messaging Platform)

● Core member of the SMS Dashboard team, handling high-volume A2P SMS traffic including OTP, transactional, and marketing messages.

● Worked on middleware components processing ~30+ million messages per day, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.

● Involved in end-to-end backend development using Spring Boot with Microservices architecture.

● Designed and implemented module-based Microservices exposing RESTful APIs with full CRUD operations.

● Developed and maintained 10+ REST APIs following clean, layered architecture and industry best practices.

● Developed backend modules for reporting with optimized data processing and efficient database query handling.

● Played a key role in migrating the legacy system to Spring Boot-based Microservices architecture.

● Used Azure DevOps for version control, pull request management, and CI/CD pipeline integration.

Project: Integrated Eligibility System (IES)

● Worked as a Java Backend Developer on the Integrated Eligibility System (IES), supporting government assistance programs such as SNAP, CCAP, Medicare, PHC, and KT Works.

● Developed and maintained Spring Boot–based RESTful APIs for core modules including AR, DC, ED, CO, and BI.

● Implemented module-wise CRUD operations, business logic, request validation, and exception handling using a layered architecture approach.

● Integrated backend services with Department of Health systems to support citizen eligibility verification and workflow processing.

● Designed and developed backend components with a strong focus on data consistency, performance optimization, and scalability.

● Collaborated with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, compliant, and reliable backend services for a large-scale government application.
