Oracle CPQ-Enhancement Team:

Responsible for the functional specification, technical design, implementation, and support of CPQ processes and Big Machines solutions. Has end-user, business analyst and onsite interaction experience.

• Conduct business meetings with client/end-user to gather business requirements and understand the problem and explain them to the technical developers and analysts for code development.
• Define the complexity of business requirement to all the stakeholders and draft timelines to provide solution to the same.
• Prepare and present Design Documents on proposed Solutions, Proof of concepts to client audiences, professional seniors/peers and get a go ahead to the build.
• Conduct code reviews with Technical Leads to ensure developed code meets customers’ business requirements.
• Perform Quality Assurance at the unit and system levels.
• Build and Demonstrate the working solution for given Business requirement ,provide good technical and business advice to the customer with respect to the final solution and its successful adoption.
• Provide Knowledge Transfer on solution provided to each Business requirement to the concerned teams.
• Prepare release notes on solution provided for each And every story in a sprint before every release.
• Participate in validation/testing and release activities as needed
• Attend meetings with business users and IT personnel, and communicate project task status to key stakeholders

Oracle CPQ-AMS Support Team:

• Handled Support Tickets with Client related to oracle CPQ instance, Evaluated, determined Root cause, collaborated with internal and External team to ensure 100% problem resolution adhering to the Deadline.
• Addressed over 7 ServiceNow tickets per week, which includes both functional and technical issues.
• Compiled solutions proposed on various issues, gave professional presentations highlighting root cause of issues and recommendations.
• ·Maintained clear cut communication with various teams to eliminate any duplicate efforts and document work done by each team for future reference.
• Worked on Various development activities related to Configuration, Commerce, Document Designer, Workflow Approvals, Email Templates, Steps, BML, Commerce and Configuration Layout Design.
• Worked on Various CPQ Administrative activities like Environment Setup, Data Table Management, File Manager, User and Group Management, Parts creation, Code Migration.
• Adhere to best practices constantly around code/data source control, ticket tracking, etc. during the course of an assignment.

• Primary aim of this internship is to generate leads by conducting Financial awareness programs and to Convert these leads.
• Managed 12 teams,7members in each team, and conducted 15 campaigns in and around Kochi.
• Closed around 30 deals, one of the highest numbers, in a span of two months.
• Developed social media marketing strategies to increase the visibility of the company.
• Handled Digital marketing activities of Hedge equities and Management Information system (MIS).
• Secondary aim of this internship is to do a problem based study which is to assess the service quality provided by Hedge equities which involved a personal and in-depth interviews of the customers of Hedge equities and its competitors..
