  • Fuel and Cost Optimization of Multi fuel fired Boiler - The efficiency of the boiler with the existing fuel mix is calculated using the indirect method. Then necessary fuel and cost optimization is done by which some conclusions were drawn and proposed.
  • Design and fabrication of Underwater Glider - Underwater glider development for navigation, chemical detection, and imaging. The glider's motion is controlled by the piston-cylinder mechanism, and its operation is controlled by the autonomous control system. The model is subjected to CFD fluency analysis in ANSYS for dimension and profile optimization.
  • Design and Manufacturing of Traction Resistors for BHEL - Designed the Traction Resistors using SolidWorks in accordance with ASME standards and by Reverse Engineering Techniques and they are Manufactured accordingly.
  • Design and Manufacturing of low resistance resistors for DMDE - Designed the various types of resistors like ceramic tube resistors, wire wound resistors and strip wound resistors using SolidWorks and prepared Process Chart, Process Instructions and Quality assurance plan. The resistors are manufactured accordingly.
  • Establishment and operations of new production line - Involved in setting up the new production line from the machine erecting stage to operations, learning about the machines and their operations from the line's experts and trained subordinates and technicians. Implemented the expert team's recommended approach and started the line.
