Coordinating 105 schools under Samagra Siksha Kerala to check and verify the operation.
Updating school profile with all relevant data.
Handling UDISE Plus, it is a comprehensive data collection system launched by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
Tasks that can only be done at the admin level are carried out for schools as per their requirements, such as tracking students, changing demographic details of students and teachers, etc., in UDISE Plus.
Preparation of data reports for all schools using UDISE data.
A new education-related portal introduced by the government is presented to school heads, and it provides the necessary training to manage it effectively.
Ahead of the National Achievement Survey (NAS), the results of the model exams conducted are collected from the schools in an Excel sheet. These results are then analyzed, and their graphical presentation is prepared and presented.
The 6th working day reports of each school are compiled and submitted to higher officials.
Preparation of Annual Work Plan and Budget in school-wise, cluster-wise, and block-wise.
Preparing a detailed report and list of CWSN (children with special needs) for proposing various allowances for them.
Preparation of the list of state Resource Teachers, District Resource Teachers, and Block Level Resource Teachers.
Handling the Teacher Training Management System Portal. Preparation of Acquittance and Registration Form, and Duty Certificate using this portal.
Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register and Stock Register.
Acting as the custodian of all electronic equipment in the office.
All communication procedures and formalities via email and phone.
To ensure monitoring and transparency in the school education system, videos of the activities conducted by the Shagun Portal, an online initiative by the Ministry of Education, are being shared. The videos are enhanced with subtitles and voiceovers before submission.
Collecting question paper indents from the schools, consolidating them, and ensuring that there are no errors before handing them over to the state government.
