About The Role

An energetic and experienced HR Head, lead as the Head HR role globally and balanced as a strategic partner, adviser, employee champion, and hands-on expertise in all areas with day-to-day HR activities. Worked in a fast- paced, applied matrix-structure in the organizations and collaborated globally as head to HR team. As an individualist played an adamant and friendly role at the companies worked in the role as all-rounder Generalist covering all facets of HR, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Communication and Engagement, Payroll, Budget & Personnel Cost Management, and HR Administration. In all the organizations the system was created and maintained, where directly reported to the Companies Managing Director and heads of the companies.

RESPONSIBILITIES AT VARIOUS ORGANISATIONS
