Currently serving as a Senior associate II at Kyndryl, where I am responsible for overseeing and managing mainframe operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the system. My role involves monitoring mainframe consoles. Along with incident and change management. I have been Playing a major role and well-versed with weekend activities such as IPLs,PORs, Failover, DR, WLS.

Additionally, taking care of KT to the new joiners and juniors.

• As an Associate engineer at Virtusa consulting services, I was involved in supporting and maintaining mainframe systems. My responsibilities included monitoring and handling the console alerts and dealing with batch abends in OPC, and addressing any operational issues that arose. Additionally, I actively collaborated with team members to ensure the smooth functioning of the mainframe system.
