Serve the community by helping individuals, groups and families cope with various challenges and improve their well-being through counseling, mediation, advocacy, or referral services.

• Identifying needs of the people and communities to help and assessing their needs, strength, and support networks.
• Providing emotional and practical support to clients and helping them to adjust to life changes.
• Advocating and researching for community resources such as health care, childcare etc.
• Responding to crisis situations such as mental or physical health emergencies.
• Monitoring client’s situations and taking follow up to ensure they have improved.
• Maintaining and keeping accurate record and writing reports.
• Working closely with communities’ health professionals and other welfare agencies.
• Promoting social welfare and advocating for social and economic justice.
• Develop livelihood development plan for adults’ youth and child.
• Training need assessment, training module preparation, organize motivation workshop, general orientation classes, and skill training.
• To provide resources and support to employees who are experiencing personal or work-related difficulties. To conduct counselling sessions, referral to community resources or develop programs to address employee’s needs.
• To create a supportive heathy work environment by facilitating educational workshops and programs.
• Contributing to organization social and environmental goals by use specialized knowledge and skills.
• Addressing workplace issues by asses and treat psychosocial problems arising from hazardous workplace conditions.
• Promoting equality between individuals.
• Ensure Justice, provide amenities, maintain relation, resolve grievances, formulate policies, negotiate settlements, assist employees, supervise welfare committee, and guide the management.
