● To check the dress code of team members
● Generate sales lead through company sponsored(Walk-ins & Telephonic enquires), employee sponsored outreach program, promotions etc.
● Greet visitors and customers upon arrival, offer assistance and answer questions to build rapport and retention.
● Motivate sales staff and monitor their production levels by using established protocols and sales system

● Participate in all scheduled meetings as directed by Manager/COO/Directors
● Make courtesy calls to all new members to maintain relationships and ensures members are regular in using this facility
