• Provides global support across APAC, UK, and US. Administering and managing the end-to-end Recertification process within the Recertification toolset. Coordination with various users and support teams in relation to Recertification, feeds management. Prepare weekly and Monthly Reporting Metrics for internal teams and management. Participate in both internal and external audit queries pertaining ro Recertification process and evidence
• Responsible for daily activities of user Recertification including admin and support of manual and automated recertification process

• Responsible to perform Control Check activity on Security Review and Release Team (SRRT) ensuring the implementation of lending practice set by Lending Standard Board, UK
• Responsible for reviewing client accounts, lending arrangements and security with a view to determine if security can be released or retained
• Support evaluating the financial status of clients through ratio analysis and comparing with the industry and lending guidelines of the Bank

• Is team support role requiring an SME to understand queries and concerns for Credit Data Analyst team colleagues and guide them with expert advice and mentoring as and when required
• Understand monthly Annual Review requests from the Credit Managers and create allocation to ensure that this is logically distributed and duly completed with clear plan of collaboration with Credit Risk Managers and Lending Teams.

• Educating Branch, Premier and Business Managers about Digital Banking changes and updates in relations . To their client records/accounts plus collaborate on digital onboarding acceleration
• Driving digital trainings and awareness program among customers and colleagues as a Digital Eagle
• FCA guidelines and TCF (treating customers fairly) principles

Assisting customers by educating on credit reporting

Maintaining process metrics and achieving target driven goals.
