  • Customer sends this in Tahiti. It is tools were all services,port and their bandwidths are reported.This is handled to order manager they update details in COT PLUS (Customer ordering tool) .Then this is assigned to DQ Tool where our job starts .
  • I assign the order,thise goes first to SETI,DCMO, DQ1 and DQ 2,there we check the network ip , Services and their bandwidths in sync with all tools and data base as given the below tools and after all configuration is setup than we launch it back to customers by Rfs'ing with date .
  • It is a very fatal process . The DQ Operations process was an exclusive and solitary process in BT, so we used to deal with all the managements.
