GRATUITY CLAMIS
➤ End to end processing of group claims adhering to the TAT defined for transactions
➤ Knowledge of all fund based transactions
➤ Checking Registration of members against whom Death / Resignation / Retirement claims need to be settled to NAV Related, Fund Base Transaction.
➤ Preparing MIS for claim related Transactions
➤ Ensuring adherence of TAT for processing all the transaction.
➤ Solving queries through Emails & Calls among user department.
➤ Coordination with group service team.
Maintaining & providing MIS as per business requirement.
Preparing reports manually for non-system products (NAV & Fund Base Related)
➤Preparing the claims related checklist. (Maker and Checker Checklist)
➤Preparing and confirm Trial Balance File at the end of every
month and share to respective team.
➤ Share Claims communication docs for client as per their requirement for Death, Gratuity &
Superannuation Transactions.
➤ System enhancement to reduce manual activities and to increase the accuracy Escalation management via IRDA, senior management
