  • Cashless Process: Explaining about formalities and insurance procedures before admission & after discharge. Co-ordinate & follow up with various TPA’s for Claim process and prepare the final bills according to description and process them according to contract.
  • Complete hand over and takeover at shift Change.
  • Maintain Register. (IPD/ OPD, Stock, Cash, Cheq, Lab, Attendance Register).
  • Handle walk in customers and internal sales staff queries also.
  • Data entry of application Forms. Medical, Co-ordination.
  • I handle all IPD & OPD Billing, Credit Cell (TPA), Looking after day-to-day discharge, cash credit online Collection, Corporate billing as per MOU with different Corporate Tie-ups.
  • TPA/ Corporate File Ready for submission and online submission in portals and mailing.
  • Reimbursement queries solution, making package.
  • I handle capturing as well as editing operation movies.
