Job Responsibility

CRM In charge: 

• Ensure all entries of daily walk-ins & all direct connects are done on time.
• Planning and creating Birthday/Anniversary for upcoming month & following the same.
• Tracking the closures is added for future month Building block planning.
• Tracking CRM usage and tasks completion through CRM

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the agreed upon UCP value Sales target.
• Manage the desired product mix to drive profitability.
• Curating experiences in coordination with Prive for B/A of key customers outside or within boutique.
• Plan and drive customer referrals from existing customers.
• Tapping into Repeat customer network & conducting morning meeting with team.
• VM upkeep checklist, Grooming audit, Fortnightly, OCG audit, online query resolution.
• Timely updating of checklists, 100% in OCG audits and 1 hour TAT for online query resolution.
• Basis the seasonality and movement product categories movement to be rotated within the boutique.
