· Analyze data to suggest improvements or report performance.

Compliance & Safety

· Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Promote safety practices and participate in audits.

Collaboration

· Work with design, R&D, quality assurance, and logistics teams.

· Communicate effectively with management and shop floor personnel.

Continuous Improvement

· Participate in initiatives like Six Sigma, Kaizen, or 5S for ongoing process improvements.

· New mould trial

· Man power handling

· Assist design engineer for new mould development

· New material selection and material testings

· Electrical and mechanical maintenance

· Production planning

· Audit documentation&handling(sedex)

· Coordinating assembly team for fitment issues and it’s solution

· Machine parameter settings and trouble shooting

· Establishing new development ideas for shop floor,safety of workers, production efficiency& minimize rejections.

· Shift end production datasheet prepairation,documentaions for quality

,maintenance,mould change,stock inventory,IATF documentations.

• Mould change
• Electrical&mechanical maintenance of machine,hopper

loader,chiller,cooling tower,MTC,HRTC,conveyor,robots

• Maintenance of moulds
• Raw material colour change,grade change,calibration of colour dosing systems&ratio loader
• Process parameter settings&trouble shootings
