I am currently working as Instrumentation Engineer in McDermott India Pvt Ltd with 4 years of experience in Detailed Design Engineering and FEED engineering in Oil and Gas industry (Off-Shore projects).

I have hands on Working Experience in SPI (Smart Plant Instrumentation) modules like Instrument Index, Browser, Specification, DDP (Dimensional Data for Piping), Wiring and Loops.

• IOCL CDWU Project – Haldia, West Bengal

Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) intend to install a second Catalytic Dewaxing Unit for augmenting API Group-II & III Lube Base Oil (LBO) production with the capacity of 270 TMTPA considering 8000 hrs./year of operation at Haldia Refinery. CDWU-II Unit will be heart-cuts free from the upstream UCO Fractionator (FPU). This cut feed stock from FPU will be processed in the new CDWU-II Unit to produce Grade-II and III LBO. Utilities will be tapped from the existing facilities.

• Preparation of Instrument Index in SPI.
• Preparation of Instrument Datasheet for orifice plates .
• Reviewing P&ID and updating the changes in the Instrument Index.
• Wiring.
• Preparation of JB Termination Drawings .
• Vendor Document Review.

1. World Energy Renewables Fuel Conversion Project.

Client : World Energy ,Paramount ,Southern California-USA

World Energy Renewable Projects in Paramount California, which will convert an aged refinery into a renewable fuel facility that will process animal fat and plant oils into gasoline diesel and jet fuel for consumption in open market.

Experience: 8 Months (01/2021-9/2021)

• Preparation of Instrument Index in SPI.
• Preparation of I/O List .
• Reviewing P&ID and updating the changes in the Instrument Index.
• Preparation of DDP
• Instrument Datasheet for orifice plates .

2. Al-ZOUR Project

Client : Kuwait Integrated Petrochemical Industries, Kuwait

Engineering, procurement and construction (EPCI packages for the new Al-Zour Refinery project which included Package 2 (Supporting process units) and Packaged (Utilities, Off-sites and Infrastructure) of the Al-Zour Refinery.

Experience: 6 Months (6/2020-12/2020) I was a part of Site support Team in ZOUR project.

• Reviewing and updating Loop Folders .

Redline markup of the required changes in Loop folders such as addition of signal in loop drawing and correct alarm values.

3. Future Growth Project & Wellhead Pressure Management project (FGP-WPMP)

Client :Tengizchevroil (TCO) ,Tengiz ,Kazakhstan.

The project entails the design and construction of a major expansion of Tengizchevroil (TCO) existing facilities in Tengiz Atyrau Oblast, Republic of Kazakhstan. The new facilities will provide an additional capacity of 12 MMTY of stabilised crude and 960 MMSCFD of dehydrated gas for re-injection through the sour gas injection facilities.

Experience :1 year 11 months (7/2018 - 6/2020)

• Responsible for:
• Wiring and preparation of loop drawings (both process and fire & gas)
• Preparation of Junction Box Termination Diagrams.
• Preparation interconnection Drawings and Panel termination Drawings.
• Updating the SPI instrument index w.r.t. changes as required.
