Project Name: Majid Al Futtaim (MAF)

Summery: The project involved the testing of the website and Mobile testing to ensure its functionality, usability, and overall quality. As a software tester, the primary objective was to identify and report any issues, bugs, or inconsistencies within the website and mobile devices (iOS and android) to enhance user experience and maintain the integrity of the platform. The testing process included thorough examination of various features, functionalities, and compatibility across different browsers and devices to ensure seamless performance

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Test Planning: Collaborated with the development team to understand project requirements and define test objectives, scope, and strategies
• Test Case Design: Created comprehensive test cases covering various scenarios, including functional, regression, usability, and compatibility testing
• Test Execution: Executed test cases systematically, identifying and documenting defects using bug tracking tools
• Conducted both manual and automated testing to ensure comprehensive coverage
• Regression Testing: Conducted regression testing to verify that new updates or changes did not adversely affect existing functionalities
• Usability Testing: Evaluated the user interface and overall user experience to ensure ease of navigation, accessibility, and intuitiveness
• Compatibility Testing: Tested the website on different browsers, operating systems, and devices to ensure consistent performance across various platforms
• Performance Testing: Assessed the website's response time, loading speed, & overall performance under different conditions to identify & address any performance bottlenecks
• Collaboration: Worked closely with developers, designers, & other stakeholders to communicate defects, provide feedback, & ensure timely resolution of issues
• Documentation: Maintained detailed documentation of test cases, test results, & defects for future reference & improvement.

Through my involvement in the Majid Al Futtaim (MAF) project, I gained valuable experience in testing websites and mobile platforms (iOS/Android) to ensure functionality, usability, and quality. My role focused on identifying issues, performing compatibility and performance testing, and ensuring a seamless user experience across multiple devices and browsers.

Project 3: COE - BlueYonder Enterprise Store Operations/ WorkForce Management / Luminate Store (4 months)

Summary: In this project, we have been given thorough training on ESO module of Supply Chain management, and QA processes followed in BY. BY ESO is a supply chain domain-based business application which is used by enterprise store (store manager). This contains modules like Inventory. Management, Ordering & Replenishment, Forecasting, Price-book Management, Store level transactions management, Cash Management, Fuel Management, Recipe Preparation

Responsibilities:

• Completing the ESO course through BlueYonder Learn portal to gain an in-depth understanding of the module's functional knowledge
• Participating in functional and technical training sessions to further enhance my understanding of the
• Completing the given assignments and tasks, which included real-world scenarios to test our skills and knowledge
• Actively seeking and working on feedback received in the assignments to improve my skills and ensure better performance
• Overall, this project helped me develop valuable skills and knowledge that I continue to utilize in my current role
• By completing the project and mastering the ESO module, I gained expertise in supply chain management and improved my understanding of the various functions that make up an enterprise store's operations

I am grateful for the opportunity to have been a part of this project and to have worked alongside a talented team of professionals.

Project 2: Digital Broadcasting Management Application (xGL IMAGINE)

Summery: As a quality assurance engineer, I was a part of a project that focused on broadcasting TV channels. The project aimed to design an advertising traffic and inventory management solution that would help companies increase their revenue and adapt to the constantly changing television advertising marketplace. Our team developed an application that allowed cable, satellite, and telecommunications advertising sales teams to optimize their inventory while reducing operating costs. Through my involvement in the project, I gained experience in testing and analyzing the application's features and functionalities to ensure that it met the clients' requirements and expectations

Responsibilities:

• Conducting regression and smoke tests to ensure the stability of the system, and detect any potential issues
• Reporting and verifying defects/feature requests, ensuring that all issues are accurately documented, tracked, and resolved
• Testing the configuration on various environments to ensure that the product works seamlessly in all supported environments
• Maintaining the project defects on Jira tool, ensuring that all defects are up to date, and all stakeholders are aware of the status
• Maintaining an internal defect excel sheet at the team level for bug tracking, ensuring that the team is aware of all defects and their status
• Participating in quality management meetings, providing regular updates on the project's quality, and highlighting any potential issues
• Developing manual test cases and scenarios, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all features and functionalities of the product

Through my involvement in the xGL IMAGINE project, I gained valuable experience in testing and analyzing complex applications to ensure they meet client requirements and expectations.

Project 1: Digital Valet Parking System Application (GetValet)

Summery: As a quality assurance engineer, I was involved in the Digital Valet Parking System. Application (GetValet) project, which aimed to transform parking transactions into seamless experiences using a mobile application and website. My responsibilities included collaborating with project managers, creating required documents, developing manual test cases and scenarios, and performing regression and smoke tests. I also reported and verified defects/feature requests and tested the configuration on various environments. This project was designed to cater to multiple industries such as airports, hospitals, hotels, residential, offices, events, retail, and dining, and I gained valuable experience

Responsibilities:

• Conducted system testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Worked with the development team to implement test automation using Postman API and Cycle
• Automation tool Contributed to the development of the project plan, schedule, and timeline Provided regular updates to project stakeholders on testing progress and results
• Worked closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues
• Worked with the project manager to prioritize and manage defects and feature requests
• Ensured that all deliverable were completed on time and to the required quality standardsProvided training and support to end-users of the application
• Played a key role in the successful deployment of the application to production environment
• This project provided me with valuable experience in testing complex, multi-tier applications in a fast-paced, Agile environment
• It allowed me to work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and end-users, to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality application

Overall, this project was a great learning experience and helped me to develop my technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Project 3: Plastic surgery website

Summary: This project is regarding "Consultant Plastic Surgeon website" and it's Hospital website as per the Procedures & Specialty (https://drsanjayparashar.com). As part of this project, I was involved in the development and testing of a website for a consultant plastic surgeon and their associated hospital, showcasing their procedures and specialties

Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with project managers and teams to build and test the website
• Participated in client meetings and daily scrum calls Developed manual test cases and scenarios
• Performed regression and smoke tests on the website configuration
• Reported and verified defects and feature requests
• Tested the configuration on various environments
• Maintained internal defect excel sheets for bug tracking and quality management meetings

Through this project, I gained experience in website development, testing, and defect management, while collaborating with teams and clients to deliver a quality product.

Project 2: Government Tax Assessment Portal (Panjari Farms)

Summary: Panjarifarm.com is Tax assessment portal in that we can develop for Tax calculation purpose of any constructed House / open plot in any Gram panchayat based in Nagpur. Information include House area in the form of length, breadth & floor, with the help of Government GR formula this web application calculates house tax. ( https://panjarifarm.com/ )

Responsibilities :

• Understanding the system requirement specification
• Collaborating with project managers and coordinating with teams involve in process of building and
  testing configuration
• Participating in meeting with clients and attending daily scrum calls.
• Creating required documents
• Developed manual test cases and scenarios
• Smoke tests, Sanity Test, Cross Browser testing, Regression
• Testing Tested and suggested performance of the application to the development team.
• Involved in API testing using Postman and verified responses for the requests sent.
• Did verification of the data from the response received from the API
• Reporting and verifying defects/Feature requests
• Maintained internal defect excel sheet at team level for bug tracking and management quality meeting and report purpose

Through this project, I gained valuable experience in collaborating with a diverse team, communicating effectively with clients, and working on a complex web application.

Project 1: Hello Chanda

Summary: Hello Chanda is the "Chandrapur Collector office-based Call center". In this system we establish complete Call center with integration of Dialer. Citizen / People can directly place complaint through Toll free number. All complaints filter as per the Department wise, Topic wise, Taluka wise. Helpful to fix all kinds of day-to-day complaints. Department received specific complaints as per the category and Collector/ Super admin can able to track all complaints with percentage wise and color coding( https://hellochanda.in/ )

Responsibilities:

• Understanding functionality and requirements of the application
• Participating in daily scrum meetings
• Developed test cases and scenarios Verification of the test cases
• Reporting Defect or Feature Requests
• Performing smoke, sanity, regression on various modules
• Performing performance testing of the modules
• Capturing defects screenshots with exact data
• Creating documents for the defect with steps to reproduce the issue
• Log or File bugs/defects in bug tracking tool JIRA.
• Update the internal defect excel sheet at team level for bug tracking
• Client Support in case of any production issue for the development team

Working on this project allowed me to gain experience in testing and quality assurance processes, as well as hone my skills in bug tracking, defect reporting, and client support. The project also gave me the opportunity to work with a diverse team and collaborate effectively to deliver a successful outcome.
