Job Responsibilities:-

• Preparation of Media.

• Testing of food products, water products

• Testing of parameters like TPC, Coliform, yeast and mould, E.coli, Salmonella, L.mono, shigella, Vibrio cholera, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, B.cereus, Staphylococcus aureus, sulfite reducing clostridia, etc.

• Water analysis with membrane filtration technique.

• Maintain daily log books like incubator, autoclave, PH Meter,water bath, deep Freezer, Refrigerator, Weighing balance, Pass box etc.

• Maintain the environment monitoring records.

• Maintain the fumigation record.

• Maintain daily reports and data.

• Maintain the validation of Autoclave and their records.

• Intermediate Check Of Incubators, Micropipette, Water bath, Circulating Water bath etc.

• Well Knowledge Of Equipment Like Microscope, Autoclave, LAF, Bio safety Cabinet etc.

• Worked as a Trainee Microbiologist at Dayal Fertilizers Pvt Ltd.
• Worked on Biopesticides by producing specific fungus and bacteria as follows: Developed a protocol for large scale production of Trichoderma harzianum by preparing two medias: 'Jaggery medium broth' AND 'Rose Bengal broth".
• Developed a protocol for large scale production of the bacteria Pseudomonas fluorescens by preparing media using peptone, K2HPO4, glycerol & MgSO4
• Worked on Mycorhiza(VAM) fungal biofertilizers
• Worked on various bacterial biofertilizers such as: Frateuria aurantia, Bacillus megaterium, Rhizobium, Azospirilium
• Also Worked on some Bioinsecticides & Bioliquids
• Having a sound experience of doing Humic Acid testing.
• Hands-on experience with VAM staining procedures.
