Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) provides an end-to- end revenue management system for communications service providers. Use BRM to configure product offerings, create customer accounts, charge for service usage, collect and analyse revenue, and manage customer relationships.
Responsibilities:

• Researching, analysing and emerging various functionality of Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management (BRM).
• Developing applications, Tools and Handling design change requests .
• Communicating with other teams, giving clarifications and resolving problems, attending Project meeting.
• Analysed client business processes to propose optimal software applications for unique requirements
• Improved systems with addition of new features and infrastructure
• Recommended technology upgrades to improve client security
• Developed technical requirement documentation for new software products

Microchip Storage Framework

Microchip Storage Framework is a host product which comes with various functionality like validating controller firmware along with OS drivers and Expanders. It comes with different functionality along with support for different RAID level like Raid 0,1,5,6,50 and 60. It has supports for various SCSI protocols which helps in achieving functionality like workload, Sanitize, Green Backup ,Cache Bypass .It also has functionality like DDCablePull, Hot Swapping ,Fault Tolerance which helps in verifying the robustness of the controller, Driver and Expander

Responsibilities:

• Researching, analysing and emerging various functionality of controller
• Developing applications, Tools . Handling design change requests along with adding new functionality to different modules .
• Communicating with other teams, giving clarifications and resolving problems, attending Project meeting .
• Collaborated with outside departments to implement system-wide improvements
• Configured hardware, devices and software to set up work stations for employees
• Followed up with clients to verify optimal customer satisfaction following support engagement and problem resolution

ROC Fraud Management

ROC Fraud Management comes with capability for enhanced real-time detection of complex fraud types. The solution also consolidates its array of 4G/LTE detection capabilities/packs that enable operators to stay ahead of fraudsters in a 4G environment .

Responsibilities:

• Developing application to process CDRS and generate Alarms, handle user events, and notify users about Fraud in Network
• Handling design change requests from customer and debugging and fixing issues
• Communicating with testers, giving clarifications and resolving problems, attending Project meeting.

Multi Functional Printer

MFP performs various functions like copy, scan, fax and print. To handle many operations, it needs a high end human interface so that user can effectively work with the MFP, it should also communicate with the user about the machine status and various notifications

Responsibilities:

• Developing application using QT framework to process XML and generate UI, handle user events, and notify user about machine status.
• Debugging and fixing issues and communicating with testers, giving clarifications and resolving problems, attending project meeting.
• Tools development for internal use for flow chart generation and log analysis and scripts for automation.

Print Module

Print Module is basically used to handle incoming print request along with that validating and processing the print request , at the end it pass it over to Device layer. It also has other basic print functionality.
