• Leading development of a centralized Remote Order Fulfillment (ROF) application, acting as a one-stop solution for OpenWay, LGCC, and NetSense headend systems.
• Architecting Python-based microservices to receive connect/disconnect requests from SAP and MDM systems.
• Implementing intelligent request routing and end-to-end request–response orchestration with head-end systems.
• Sending success/failure responses back to SAP and MDM to ensure transactional consistency.
• Using Kafka-based asynchronous communication for scalability and resilience.
• Ensuring production readiness through AWS scalability, Dynatrace monitoring, UAC alerting, and continuous MTTR reduction.

OpenWay ROF Web Application (AWS)

• Led the development of a microservices-based ROF application using Python, Kafka, and AWS.
• Orchestrated SAP/MDM requests to OpenWay headend systems, and processed asynchronous execution responses.
• Improved system availability and recovery through centralized monitoring and proactive alerting.

• Led the design and delivery of Spring Boot–based AWS applications to process high-volume Kafka usage events from multiple headend systems.
• Implemented transformation pipelines to convert raw usage events into MDM-readable formats.
• Integrated processed data with JMS for reliable downstream delivery.
• Architected solutions capable of handling over 8 million meters within a strict 4-hour SLA window.
• Implemented Dynatrace monitoring and UAC alerting to enable proactive incident detection and faster resolution.
• Improved system reliability and SLAs by reducing MTTR through enhanced observability and optimized Kafka consumption.
