- Do programming in Biesse machines using different software, i.e., bSolid, OSI, Optiplanning, Bnest, Foreasy, Icam, etc. according to the requirements for the demo.
- Plan and deliver demos on Biesse machines by thoroughly understanding the customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Technical Application Team to ensure the demos meet the requirements of the customers.
- Evaluate the performance of each demo, and perform the analysis of the overall demos provided.
- Maintain the raw materials required for the Biesse Material Hub.
- Ensure all required support for the Marketing and Sales Team during internal and external events.
- Develop a training plan for customers, and ensure the programs are in line with it.
- Provide training for new employees, sales, technology applications, and employees in the customer care departments based on the requirements.
- Constantly update the knowledge on Biesse machines, applications, and materials used in the machines.
- Provide the required support to technical services and FSEs to resolve the field issues, if any.
- Ensure the Biesse Material Hub operates in line with IMS standards (ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System, and ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Assessment).

- Conducted various regular preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance of CNC machines (gantry machines, HMC, VMC, TMC, and fiber laser cutting machines).
- Able to diagnose and repair the CNC gantry machines (EMSIL, Nicolas Correa FOX-M, Soraluce), HMC (Hyundai WIA, Matsuura), VMC (MAZAK, Hyundai, AMS, HAAS), TMC (MAZAK, Hyundai), and conventional machines while under breakdown from a mechanical and electrical point of view.
