  • Company Overview: AUTONATION is one of the largest automotive retailer in the united states and is the leading provider of new and pre-owned vehicles and associated services in the united states .The company currently owns and operates over 310 center of retail operations throughout the continental U.S and its headquarters located in fort Lauderdale , Florida.
  • The main objective is to provide digital campaign across North America for Autonation . EPSILON receives feeds from Autonation and process/analysis ,customize merge customer data with relevant data in Agility platform which EPSILON is holding and will generate target list for Business solutions .The role of Epsilon is to ensure all the files received from client are processed ,validate the rejects if any and deliver the data to run the campaign.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Understanding of Query and working in it with the higher priority.
  • Daily jobs include monitoring the application, data flow, solving daily issues in mean time.
  • Coordinating with various interface systems on resolving their issues.
  • Working on daily tickets which are assigned to me or my team as well and Keeping update the status to clients.
  • Documenting the cause, resolution of the issue.
  • Doing some service request whenever assigned to me.
  • Running some shell scripts by manually when L3 team requested.
  • Handling SWAT calls.
  • In OUTAGE condition taking the necessary steps to resolve the issue.
  • Responsible for escalating issues to L3 (level3).
  • Checking process logs and status.
  • Providing support to client on 24/7 basis.
  • Single point of contact for both Customer and Developer.
