Hiring Support: Timely hiring of associates and ensure targeted hiring is achieved to maintain business continuity.
Implement Associate HRMS & Process Improvement: Ensure seamlessly digitalized of associate master alongwith life cycle process and remove all manual processes. Identify gaps in associate management processes and suggest improvements and support automation and digitization initiatives.
Third-Party Associate Lifecycle Management: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes for third-party associates. Maintain accurate associate records and documentation.
Vendor Coordination: Liaise with manpower vendors for associate hiring, documentation, and compliance. Monitor vendor performance and adherence to SLAs.
Compliance & Audit: Ensure all associates comply with statutory and company policies (PF, ESI, labour laws). Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
Payroll Support: Coordinate with agencies to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.
Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: Act as the first point of contact for associate grievances. Support engagement initiatives and feedback mechanisms.
MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain regular reports on associate headcount, attrition, and compliance. Analyze data to identify trends and support decision-making, associate performance analysis, annually BRSR report preparation, agencies performance report etc.
Invoice Processing: All agencies monthly salary and reimbursement invoices are processed for seamlessly disbursement of associate salary and reimbursement.
