Domain/ Product: Supply Chain Finance is one of the leading proposition of HSBC as part of its trade product offering. HSBC supports both domestic and internal trade across the globe. As part of supply chain finance, a typical cycle for a supplier to get the payment for the finished goods is between 30 - 180 days. HSBC supports early release of payments to the suppliers on behalf of the buyer's credibility and they charge interest and fee for the same to the buyer and supplier.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Leading the Commercialization roadmap for HSBC Supply Chain Finance Clients from Legacy platform to a new system
- Developing product roadmap that is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and business goals.
- Establishing a change management process that ensured all changes to the project are tracked, monitored, and approved
- Collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify and implement product improvements based on customer feedback
- Working closely with deployment managers. Client Implementation managers, BDM's, Client Services to execute the strategy
- Articulating business requirements in detail
- Support the implementation team in prioritization of Client level rollout to the news platform
- Managing the E2E requirements, communication and governance during the project lifecycle
- Partner with the Product owner to plan and prioritize the deployment roadmap and firm up the Annual Technology plan
- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and document customer requirements
- Raising requirements on Jira
- Liason with external vendors to get the requirements delivered on the impacted platforms
- Work on the cost estimates for new functionalities and change requests basis customer feedback
