Domain/ Product: Supply Chain Finance is one of the leading proposition of HSBC as part of its trade product offering. HSBC supports both domestic and internal trade across the globe. As part of supply chain finance, a typical cycle for a supplier to get the payment for the finished goods is between 30 - 180 days. HSBC supports early release of payments to the suppliers on behalf of the buyer's credibility and they charge interest and fee for the same to the buyer and supplier.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Leading the Commercialization roadmap for HSBC Supply Chain Finance Clients from Legacy platform to a new system
  • Developing product roadmap that is aligned with the company’s strategic objectives and business goals.
  • Establishing a change management process that ensured all changes to the project are tracked, monitored, and approved
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to identify and implement product improvements based on customer feedback
