CPS projects:

• UPS Service life extension program for competitors: Design and development of mechanical components and complete assemblies for competitor products, making them compatible with Eaton’s inverter module. competitor benchmarking, project planning, creating concepts, designing components, developing proto-assembly, and giving demos to the counterparts.
• Mango (current project): Replacement of lead-acid batteries with lithium-ion batteries in the existing Eaton products. Activities involved understanding the product requirements, comparing the specs of existing batteries, and proposed batteries. Finalizing the vendors.
• Smart Fuse Project (Pole-mounted smart fuse project in the PSD LIPE team): Developing a concept design for a mechanical indicator system.

• D-IT team sustaining projects: Developed the concept design and prototype of the manage output module of the G3HD ePDU, Projects of running the nearing end of life FerrUPS.
• D-IT Team VA projects:

Executed 3 VA projects on the 9PXM product.

• DTV projects for 9PXM chassis, external terminal block, back cover, and top cover
• VA project for external battery cabinets.
• Developed VA proposals with the DMP team for a change in the raw material of the high sales/volume products of D-IT and CPS products.
  

• Mechanical design executive for three-phase LT meters, and panel instruments.
• Designing of plastic enclosure and top-level assembly design of the meters.
• Display design in collaboration with the vendor. (Different combinations of displays with respect to A, V, and kWh ratings.)
• Prototyping and internal testing.
• Product packaging design and testing.

Supply chain executive: NPD sourcing.

• Tool development for a 3 NPI program.
• Part supplier identification, and part manufacturing for pilot, UL testing, and production ramp-up.
• Part supply chain handover to production team.
