• Claims processing: Analyzing and Reviewing the Claims submitted by the Provider ( Doctor’s office) to the member’s health plan enrolled for reimbursement depending upon the policies of United Health care.(Medicare & Retirement)

.Processing the payment based upon the charges billed by the doctor for the treatment given provided in HCFA FORM and Explanation of Benefits proof of submission to the United healthcare.

• Process Adjudication claims and resolve for payment and Denials, Knowledge in handling authorization, COB, duplicate, pricing and corrected claims process.
• Knowledge of healthcare insurance policy concepts including in network, out of network providers, deductible, coinsurance, co-pay, out of pocket, maximum inside limits and exclusions, state variations.
• Ensuring accurate and timely completion of transactions to meet or exceed client SLAs, Resolving complex situations following pre-established guidelines.
