    initiatives, providing guidance in idea incubation, entrepreneurship training, and startup    mentoring.

· Established and managed MSME-Business Incubator at R.M.K Engineering College (2015–2017),

   funded by the Ministry of MSME, GoI, facilitating technology commercialization, industry-academia

   partnerships, and support for aspiring entrepreneurs.
