The training had given me the opportunity to interact with senior industry professionals and also the insight about various business aspects in an organization. This also has boosted my confidence level on my industry readiness.

I got an opportunity to work as an intern at TATA POWER SOLAR, a Rs.7500Cr organization in Renewable sector, in the Supply Chain Management (SCM). Gist of my learning:
• Understood the procurement process of a large corporate
• Exposure to tendering process through SAP-Ariba.
• Interacted with various vendor partners, explained the bidding process and ensured their participation in the tender.
• Raised OLA (Outline Agreement), OAF (Order Approval Form), PO etc. in SAP for management approval.
• Had opportunity to visit the warehouse which had stored more than 2500 items and 100s of SKUs and understood about Goods Inward process (GRIN), FIFO, order fulfilment, arrangement for transport vehicle and dispatch to the customer.
The training had given me the opportunity to interact with senior industry professionals and also the insight about various business aspects in an organization. This also has boosted my confidence level on my industry readiness.
