3D Printing Technology (Personal Project), 3D printing technology, also known as additive manufacturing, has revolutionized the way products are designed, prototyped, and manufactured. This technology involves the layer-by-layer construction of a three-dimensional object from a digital model. CNC Programming using CAM Package for turning of rolls on CNC LATHE (Personal Project), CNC (Computer Numerical Control)  packages has transformed the machining process, particularly for turning rolls on CNC lathes. This method involves creating a digital model of the roll, which is imported into CAM software to generate precise tool paths and machining strategies. These are then converted into G-code, the language that CNC machines use to execute the machining operations.

Developing and Evaluating SiC – Reinforced Aluminium 6061 Alloy via the
Stir Casting Method

This project focused on enhancing the properties of Aluminum 6061 alloy through the incorporation of Silicon Carbide (SiC) particles as reinforcement. The stir casting technique was employed to fabricate the composite material, followed by a comprehensive evaluation of its mechanical (e.g., hardness, tensile strength) and possibly tribological (wear resistance) characteristics. The study aimed to understand the effectiveness of SiC reinforcement in improving the performance of the base alloy.
