  • Design optimization of a plenum Chamber for Avionics equipment at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (H.A.L), Hyderabad .designing an optimal plenum chamber for efficient thermal management. The goal was to develop a consistent airflow path throughout the plenum chamber, ensuring uniform airflow and optimal thermal regulation. I conducted simulations using ANSYS with various heat exchangers to compare temperature distribution and total heat dissipation.
  • Developed and fabricated a mini belt grinder as minor project at MGIT. designing a machine with a DC motor-driven abrasive belt to efficiently grind various shapes of wood and metal. The project demonstrated my ability to apply engineering principles to solve practical problems, manage project timelines, and work collaboratively in a team.
