  • Successfully introduced the following inventions: Conveyors and elevators to move cells from one place to another, thereby reducing cell rejections at formation and assembly areas
  • New inspection mechanisms for assurance of the process, like burst strength of the heat-sealing strength and capacity verification at the formation section
  • Single workstation concept at battery assembly to track all the activity-wise operator lists and sequential operations
  • Saturation process at washing area to maintain the starved electrolyte and uniform acid levels in all cells
  • I am the winner of EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR FY 17-18 at the NGN plant, where this event was recently started
  • I was also rewarded with 50K as a cash award
