• Regular meetings with the client and client representatives to discuss project progress, etc.
• Undertake regular site inspections and chair meetings with contractor to assess, program me and quality.
• Issue minutes of meetings and progress reports to project team.
• Execution of all construction activities of Aqueduct Structure, CC Road & B.T road, Preparation of Estimates, taking measurements, Contractor’s bill certification.
• Undertake periodic valuations; assess contractor’s financial claims and process payments to contractor through the client’s organization.
• Undertake snagging inspection on practical completion of the works and manage process to rectify any defects.
• Inspect the works undertaken for compliance with required quality and good workmanship practice.
• Inspect and assess/monitor health and safety on site.
• Managing staff, financial reporting including annual/monthly budget and expenditure plans.
• Preparing work schedules, monitoring the progress, supervision of works. Preparing daily/weekly progress reports.
• Rate analysis of Extra and Deviated Items and Hourly Use Rate of Equipment’s.
• Detailed Study of B.O.Q, Technical Specifications and incorporating the various factors coming out of Contracts.
• Reconciliation of materials.
• Work done reconciliation & other documents for MIS.
• Sub-contractor bill preparation and checking M.B of Sub-Contractors.
• Sub-contractor correspondence & sub-contractor reconciliation.
• Preparation of work orders for Sub-Contractors.
• Regular Contractual Correspondence with Clients.
• Quantification of Acceleration measures taken and submitted to Client for extra billing.
• Maintaining a proper record of Salient features of the Contract, Important Submittals, Observation on important Clauses, Entitlement E.O.T/Cost Clauses
• Maintaining Joint measurement with client and preparations of monthly bills.
• Other correspondence with client.
• Following as Safety rules & Regulations as per standard of the company for running of the project.
• Preparing & Updating the budget for project for the financial year.
• Preparing Man Power, Material, Subcontractor & Machinery requirement as per the planned budget.
• Preparing weekly & day wise target as per site condition as per the planned Budget.
• Checking Theoretical vs Practical on daily wise basis , weekly wise base & monthly planned budget.
• Preparing costing in budget & update Book Of Quantity, Material, Subcontractor & Machinery Utilization on each activity.
• Preparing the work done Qty & Amount as monthly wise for claim from client.
• Checking the concrete Qty with Theoretical vs work done Qty on day wise, weekly & monthly wise.
• Preparing Weekly Planning Report including Material & Machinery Requirement for execution of work.
• Preparing the three Months Material requirement as per planned Budget .

• Planning of various Site activities in advance and reporting to in charge.
• Preparation of daily progress report and work programmed.
• Arranging various resources for construction activities and deployed at the site as per requirement.
• Responsible for Inter acting with consultant and contractor at various stages for construction
• Involved in equipment and handling in and project planning assistance
• Responsible for Inter action with the consultants regarding the quality aspects of project.
• Responsible for drawing study before excavating the work and given suggestion to the field staff.

• Establishing and implementing the effective management systems to complete the projects on time and stipulated budget.
• Establishing / managing cost effective Project Management Systems for the construction projects including all allied multi disciplines.
• Liaising with process owners in identifying corrective and preventive actions for nonconformities and follow up.
• Familiar with Engineering Design process and detailed engineering.
• Supervision and Execution of Construction eight line elevated Highway’s & canal and dams for Infrastructure Projects.
• Expertise in canals, dams and highways works Construction / Supervision with in stipulated budget and on time.
• Matured interpersonal/ Organizational skills. Good Communication and Personal Skills.
