  • To ensure that document and data pertaining to the Quality & Food Safety system are controlled through preparation, approval, distribution, review and revision systems for documents, such as, FSMS Manual, food safety policy, SOPs, records, external documents, etc
  • Preparing the reports and documents needed for the FSSC/ISO/Halal surveillance audits and coordinating/ liaisoning with the auditors/certifying bodies regarding the certification formalities
  • Conducting internal audits 6 months once for all the departments to ensure the proper documentation for FSSC/ISO/Halal/buyer/customer internal/external audits Auditing the supplier sites for approving the RM/PM materials purchased as per schedule
  • Ensuring the effectiveness of the cleaning and other hygienic practices being followed in the factory, by conducting swab testing and environmental plate count analyses, water analysis
  • Conducting the Management Review Meetings with Management/FSMS team members 6 months once for the requirement/as per schedule
  • Validating the PRPs, OPRPs & CCPs for the effectiveness of FSMS system and updating the HACCP Plan, as per requirement/FSMS team recommendations
  • Updating the process flow charts for the changes in the processes/addition of new products, etc
  • Conducting training programs for the FSMS team members and associates as per requirement and training calendar to ensure that the FSMS system is effective to maintain the quality and food safety
  • Conducting QA Mock Recall 4 months once to ensure the effectiveness of the identification and traceability procedures
  • Communicating to the customers/suppliers/certifying bodies in case of food safety issues and recall the unsafe products from the customers/market by following the Product Recall procedures Conducting awareness programs/ giving training to the staffs/workers for the emergency situations like fire, accidents, natural calamities, etc
  • Handling Complaints/Feedbacks from the customers, taking corrective actions, informing to Management for the details Conducting shelf life studies for NPD projects, informing to the Management for further decisions/ changes in the artworks, product development
  • Checking the artworks for labeling information and other details and approving them for the before commercial usage
  • Submitting the Daily Process Control Report to Management for the effectiveness of the system and corrective actions needed, if any.
