Throughout my career, I have gained immense knowledge and experience in best practices with respect to marketing and have successfully helped brands gain a better understanding of their clients and competitors through intensive market research, as well as ensuring they achieve maximum ROI from their marketing campaigns.
My core responsibilities have evolved over time to include in-depth study and implementation of Digital Marketing principles. During the course of my career which spans 10 years I have successfully enhanced the image of brands such as MAMAGOTO / DHABA within the digital space. Dhaba / Mamagoto today boast 20k and 47k followers respectively. Mamagoto ranks 3nd in performance / engagement overall vs relevant competitors, while Dhaba ranks 5th .
I have successfully used my learnings in Digital Marketing to enhance engagement on social media of brands like Mamagoto by 34% monthly and Dhaba by 23% monthly. In addition I have used this expertise to enhance and improve the overall performance of various brands in the Cloud Kitchen sector and successfully consulted with over 50 different brands in areas such as digital marketing / online order platform performance / on ground marketing.
In addition to analysing and understanding the digital space, I also possess a keen eye for creative direction due to my experience as an illustrator and thorough knowledge of design software which includes Photoshop / Illustrator / Premiere Pro / Zbrush / Maya and can assist a brand’s creative marketing efforts through the ability to understand exactly what kind of content is required to enhance a brand’s marketing campaign and through the use of creative processes which enable me to see a marketing campaign from a 360-degree perspective.

Major Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing all advertising, promotional, marketing, and PR campaigns for the hotel in a timely and efficient manner with respect to monthly marketing campaigns across 4 in house restaurants
• Regularly monitored all PR-related avenues and kept them up-to-date with accurate information to ensure The Suryaa standards are complied with fully.
• Implemented and monitored a monthly and quarterly Revenue Plan, for Marketing Communication & PR.
• Developed and implemented a suitable corporate image for the Hotel through its various social media channels by implementing a standardised SOP for imagery and story telling across 4 different in house restaurant concepts.
• Developed and issued press releases, to generate media coverage and ensure positive publicity as and when required across marketing campaigns with a target to achieve higher non resident footfall.
• Managed the crisis communications for the hotel in terms of internal and external response with respect to customer feedback on social media. maintained a quick and efficient response time of no more than 1 hour after receiving any feedback
• Responsible for developing all written material, newsletters and websites related to the Hotel.
• Established a well organised chain of command through monthly meetings with the PR Agency to communicate specific information on requirements of all forthcoming functions and events.
• Regularly developed story / content ideas consistent with the needs of the hotel, further used on social media or print. and scheduled and uploaded at regular intervals every 48 hours so as to generate regular engagement on social media.
