I interned at 360 One WAM Limited in January 2025, drafting and vetting contracts for an asset management company handling securities, private equity, venture capital, and debt. I worked on debt and microfinance deals, researched SEBI and RBI regulations, the Indian Contract Act, Stamp Duties, and the Transfer of Property Act, and gained insights into key contractual clauses.

I interned at TSA Legal in December 2024, gaining hands-on experience in drafting, vetting, and reviewing legal documents in the IT and Tech industry. I contributed to negotiations, worked with delivery teams, and deepened my understanding of contract execution and legal compliance, strengthening my analytical and drafting skills.

• I interned at Legal Tree Law Firm in July 2024, assisting in cases across various legal domains, including Property Law, CrPC, IPC, and Cyber Crime Laws. I conducted legal research, prepared notes, participated in client counseling, and attended court proceedings on constitutional, property, family, and criminal matters.

• Interned at ICICI Lombard for the month of June . During my time with the legal-corporate team, I contributed to the ICICI Bank transaction involving a 5% stake in ICICI Lombard, a deal valued at ₹2440 crores. My responsibilities included researching compliance matters pertaining to competition law and the Companies Act. Additionally i assisted in the review and drafting of legal documents such as insurance policies, contracts, agreements, and compliance documents to ensure they align with legal requirements.

• I interned at BK Sharma and Associates for the month of January 2024 . During my time here i have written and drafted Legal documents , Attended court hearings at both District and High court . I am mainly assigned tasks regarding civil and criminal cases . I have researched on various case laws and drafted required documents

• I interned at Agarwal Law Associates under Mr. Rohan Talwar in December 2023, where I reviewed case briefs, attended proceedings at the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court, assisted in preparing a List of Dates, and conducted legal research on relevant case laws.
