  • Ensure increase in income across range of fundraising streams and to surpass projected income in the fundraising plan.
  • Design fund raising activities by defining the target Market Segment and best strategy to approach donors
  • Responsible for fund raising expense budget and important to ensure all fund-raising activities are carried out within approved budget.
  • Map the net flow of funds and track the spending
  • Responsible for Fundraising channels- Face2Face- One-Time; Face2Face-Monthly; Donor Servicing & Retention; EDM & Crowd Funding.
  • In charge of providing support for the channel, Churches & Institutional Fundraising, CSR and jointly work for Fundraising through channel event.
  • Ensure constant servicing of the donors, monitor and refine the supporter retention/ up-gradation strategy while building a long-lasting relationship with financial supporters.
  • Ensure timely realization and reconciliation of the fundraising income.
  • Effectively use EDM, as per the projected plan to fundraise from prospects and existing donors and work for increasing overall income of individual donors.
