• Preparation of Annual Budget, recording and analyzing expenditures and Forecasting data

• Coordination and Communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing day-to-day transactions through SAP

• Preparation of monthly MIS (Residential and Commercial projects) for the Board
• Financial planning and analysis of each project for effective cost controlling
• Project wise Cost Management and Financial Modelling
• Responsibility of managing Facility Operations
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Monthly Reports generated through SAP
• Budget Forecast along with Account Receivable report given on monthly basis
• Coordinating with residential associations to ease the facility operations at site and for smooth handover - takeover process
• Vendor Management

• Generation on monthly reports (Turnover, Receivables, budget forecast)
• Preparation of Budget and expenditure analysis
• Statutory Compliance (GST filings)
