  • Invoice & Payment Management: Validate site invoices as per checklist standards and process three-way PO invoices with goods receipt in Coupa. Maintain weekly invoice trackers, monitor payment status, and distribute payment reports to sites within established timelines by Scoring 99% in PAM analysis for HYD sites.
  • Purchase Order Processing: Capture accurate GL codes for purchase requisitions and process PRs within three-day turnaround. Update PAN invoice trackers weekly and close POs for completed services. Maintain open PO tracker with weekly updates to shared repository. Annual Po Workings with Annual PO creation will be completed by 7th Dec of respective Year achieving NO POAI cases with Zero errors.
  • Accruals & Reconciliation: Prepare monthly accruals input files and distribute to sites for review. Update accruals versus actuals tracker with detailed variance commentary. Reconcile PO tracker against open PO reports, verifying Coupa receipts for three-way POs and two-way receiving through RPA Achieving 100% (Includes Payroll accruals submission).
  • Analysis & Reporting: Conduct month-over-month variance analysis based on site inputs. Perform budget-to-actual analysis comparing monthly expenditures against system-recorded accruals. Provide daily status updates to management.
  • Quarterly Activities: Reconcile non-delivery charges across assigned sites and resolve outstanding NDCs and unpaid invoices through site follow-up & achieving 100% on NDC without any compliance issue.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Resolve finance queries and provide guidance to site teams incase of Budgets/GL. Authorize purchase order releases within approved budgets prior to due dates by providing Finance approvals upon request. Execute management-directed ad hoc projects and requests. Support Accounts Payable processing and Record-to-Report functions.
  • PAN India Activities: Provide PAM defect justifications to Global Finance team.
  • Budget Planning: Develop and manage operating budgets for Hyderabad sites, including OP1 (Capex & Opex (Operating Plan 1), OP2 (Operating Plan 2), and R&O (Repair & Operations) budget categories.
  • Budget Analysis & Reporting: Prepare and deliver budget versus actuals dashboards to clients with comprehensive variance explanations for monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date reporting periods. Achieved favorable variance of 5% for HYD sites by conducting a thorough variance analysis and identified INR 7M in cost-saving opportunities through process optimization. Collaborated with senior management to create quarterly financial performance reports, leading to a 10% improvement in decision-making speed for strategic initiatives. Streamlined the budgeting process by introducing a zero-based budgeting approach, reducing unnecessary expenditure by 12%.
