• Sampling & analysis of SOₓ, NOₓ , CO, HCL, PM₂.₅ &PM₁₀ etc by using Ecotech- Respiratory Dust Sampler PM 10 With 2.5 Attachment AAS 190.
• Stack monitoring Analysis of Quality Fuel Gases –Nox/ Sox/ SPM through Stack Monitoring Kit, Make Vayubodhan.
• Observation and rectification of troubleshooting in air monitoring equipment like( RDS.HVS, PM 2.5 attachment, handy sampler, vayubodhan stack sampler.
• Meteorological data station records and report generation. And wind rose pattern generation.
• Daily Report generation of plants and maintain ISO Documentation recommended by MR.
• Safety induction and training records and up gradation as per ISO manual.
• Working knowledge of calibration and handling of Bomb calorimeter, Karl-Fischer, spectrophotometer.
• Awareness in handling of GC,HPLC.
• Overall responsibility of smooth functioning of ETP and STP. Having capacity of 100kl along with manpower management and accountability of the operation and documentation and project coordinator.
• Proper up keeping and monitoring of aeration tank by taking care of MLSS, MLVSS, and dosing of food for better performance to acquire the desirable results.
• Knowledge of documentation and record keeping of preventive maintenance and corrective action for all the mechanisms.
• Working knowledge in treatment of acidic effluent containing phenolic group with adequacy of treatment with ferrous sulphate, hydrogen peroxide, lime, alum (no ferric).
• Analysis of water and wastewater, soil,(COD,BOD,TDS,CHLORIDE,HARDNESS, DENSITY AMMONIACAL NITROGEN, TOC, DO, MLSS,MLVSS, compatibility of liquid organic waste.
• Handling of environmental monitoring activities i.e. VOC & knowledge of handling instrument i.e. KARL FISHER TITRATOR, BOMB CALORIMETER, DIGITAL FLASH POINT.
• Hazardous Waste analysis & chemical stability check up.
