Project 3: AMERICAN EXPRESS - Cards (Current working project)

• Power Card testing- Card creation and product implementation for HNI centurion products in Power Card for payment remainder SMS Trigger.
• Testing- Corporate cards FX Markup waiver and implementation in Power Card payment application for selected corporate cards.
• Testing-POM (Pro-active Outreach Manager) Card Pin setup/ activation through POM dialer via real time scheduler, Avaya portal.
• Testing - Merchant, SE demographic details in Power card change for Chain/Merchant/Outlet data field to align as per Global Network Service (GNS) simulator.

Project 2: RAK BANK - Virtual card creation/on-boarding.

• Prepared test case/scenario, design and execution. Ensuring end to end testing for all cards (Debit/credit/prepaid), Performed SIT and UAT testing
• Mobile application testing process for virtual card creation (Mobile/ web)

Project 1: DUBAI ISLAMIC BANK -Power card switch upgrade(V2-V3.5)

• Prepared test case/scenario, design and execution. Ensuring end to end testing for all cards(Debit/credit/prepaid), Performed SIT and UAT testing and Fraud Guard Risk rule framing.
• Decent working with Power Card & handling switch, simulators VTS, UAE switch simulator.
• Configuring and handling testing in CCDM and ATM machine (NCR/WINCOR) using cards (Core system/switch) related to CCDM/ATM connectivity and KAL NDC message log.
• Defect analysis and reporting, Preparing Pass Logs and Defect Logs closure using ALM tool.
• Attending onsite stand-up Calls and Defect Triage meetings on a daily basis.

• Primary responsible to review transactions in Falcon / MasterCard / Visa by looking into variety of risk factors to identify fraud transactions /attempts.
• Identified mitigation opportunities through defect analysis and recommend appropriate action on authorization, settlement and posting of transaction
• Stayed on top of changing requirements by optimizing risk management strategies with proactive identifications of likely threats, concern, and recommendations about future measures at system level (Falcon, MasterCard, Visa)
• Initiating cancellation mail to Merchant/ Acquirer bank on fraud reporting, tracking for reversal/refund and liaise with chargeback process and educating card holder on dispute procedure, looping central cyber cell on frauds attempts
• Oversaw comprehensive reports of SAR (Suspicious Activity Report) to ensure good levels of fraud examination, investigation and corrective action at Falcon system to avoid further fraud exposure.
• Learned and adapted quickly to new technology and software applications.

• Identify, investigate and document reports of unusual or suspicious card activity.
• Identified, analyzed and documented potential risks to team
• Helped team to understand potential earning problems and asset risks on cards.
• Provided reporting on emerging fraudulent threats and vulnerabilities to assist with improvements to fraud detection accuracy.
• Actioning cases and closing within TAT, 100% catch on frauds on 1st attempt for best recognition.
