My job as a role and responsibility is to have great customer service and help the customers decide what phone will help them with their day to day need, troubleshoot devices, and assist the customer with billing issues.
As a clerk my responsibilities were to insure that all packages that were received from shipping companies had been sorted before the delivery drivers arrived. I was also in charge of issuing passports for the public and the Bulk Mail Unit. My 2nd role with the company was a 204B which is a part time supervisor role. During my time with this role, I was to assist the Full-time supervisor with the daily tasks of making sure time cards were entered correctly, lunches had been taken, create the work schedule, and ensure that the guidelines of the union had been met.
