  • This was a business HR role for one of the largest circles in telecom, whereby I was responsible for managing the entire employee lifecycle metrics for over 800 employees, spanning across S&D, Broadband FTTX, Payments Banks, and 5 category A Jio centers.
  • Key accomplishment: Ranked amongst the top 5% out of the 126 HRBP's PAN India , based on all people metrics. Regional D&I champion focused on women on break, post-maternity comebacks, and ex-servicemen.

  • This was a JV between Eicher Motors and Polaris Industries to develop an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) for the Indian consumers. I was part of the initial HR team for sales and service , which was meant to establish people's process for this greenfield project.
  • Set up the sales and service support function with a specialized workforce from leading competition. Responsible for 21 dealership launches, with a sustainable manpower model linked to revenue. Implemented the Eicher HR manuals to EEPL-branded dealerships.
