“Leveraging in-house engineered media and feed to fine-tune feeding strategies for superior biosimilar yield in CHO cells.”
During my 6-month training, I worked on optimizing biosimilar yield in CHO cells by using in-house engineered media and feed. I performed aseptic cell culture, prepared customized media and feed, and conducted fed-batch experiments. I monitored cell growth, viability, and productivity, and used CEDEX BIO HT to assess protein yield, gaining hands-on experience in upstream bioprocessing and feeding strategy optimization.
Enumeration of Bacterial Diversity in Treated and Untreated Palmyra Palm (Borassus flabellifer) Neera
One-month training on Neera microbiology – gained hands-on exposure to basic microbiological techniques, including sample collection, serial dilution, plate count method, and bacterial identification through staining and biochemical tests. I learned the fundamentals of microbial diversity analysis in treated and untreated Neera.
