• Resolve queries of engineers and back office team.
• Resolved queries of institutions.
• Achieved monthly targets at branch level.
• If any high-priority, fresh case needs to be initiated, then coordinated it with CBC 3 for its visit.
• Coordinated with other branches.
• Prepared Monthly Branch P&L in the prescribed format and send to directors by the 5th of every month.
• Estimated higher fees and inform CBC 2/BBC to send mail to the institute when required.
• Conducted atleast 10 client (institution's branch) visits per month.
• Provided formal training to the team in no more than two sessions.
• Updated blogs and dedupe list as per scheduled ownership; Monthly target of 15 blogs and 100 data entries.
• Conducted two broker meetings per month.

• Create and check property valuation reports.
• Calculate building areas for APF projects.
• Manage daily office tasks to keep everything running smoothly.
• Keep valuation reports up to date with the latest information.
• Update technical valuation reports in institute software like Uconnect, IFL, and Axis Pragati.

• Prepare and verify property valuation reports for accuracy.
• Determine building area measurements for APF projects.
