- PHILIPS is a global company dealing with different medical and home appliances. It provides education to its employees through ILT and e-learning. NIIT Ltd. has created an educational website for the employees of PHILIPS on the learning management system i.e. CLIKS. NIIT also provides all the admin related support to the PHILIPS Management regarding their learning needs.
- Job Responsibilities
- Dealing with the Mangers of Philips from Europe Middle East Africa (EMEA) regarding their learning needs and the Learning Management System. I work as a consultant of their employees’ and clients’ training needs and provided end to end support (from understanding their requirements, organizing classes, conducting trainings, providing certificates to managing their invoices to global vendors and their internal billing to clients).
- I have been supporting the project work (handing queries through email, chat and phone calls and client interaction) both in English and German language.
- I have been training the employees of Philips on the Project. Acting as a mentor to the new joinees.
