- Joined the Global Network entity in Accenture consulting in Feb 2010 as they were moving from the incubation phase into the growth phase of the new innovation idea of Distributed Consulting
- I was hired as a Service Delivery lead for the Learning and Talent Development practice which was then sub 100 team to rapidly scale the team while establishing robust process to ensure delivery excellence with scale
- Today, we are over 1500 professional globally known for differentiated capabilities in Talent and HR consulting
- I have played different roles across these 15 years strengthening my business development, client servicing and people development acumen
- I got promoted to a Managing Director in 2014 and since then have led global CoEs and GTM teams ensuring consistent demand flow for the team, which building market relevant capabilities
