1. SolarWinds 

• Build Solarwinds Environment -Primary Server, Sitescope HA servers, Polling Servers, NTA,NPM,SAM,VNQM
• Reviewing Logs and Events errors.
• Review/modify/create/finalize design documents, plans, and configurations day-to-day operations and support of the dual site Orion SolarWinds performance monitoring environment
• Working knowledge of SolarWinds Suite - Orion Platform 2024.1.0, SAM 2024.1.0., NetPath , NTA 2024.1.0. NPM 2024.1.0, SAM 2024.1.0, NCM 2024.1.0, VNQM 2024.1.0, WPM 2024.1.0 and previous versions prior to upgrading.

• Creating dynamic network maps and diagrams using NetBrain's automation capabilities and that includes documenting network configurations, topologies, and device relationships.
• Setting up monitoring policies and thresholds to monitor network performance, availability, and health also configuring alerts and notifications for network events and anomalies.
• Developing automation scripts and workflows using NetBrain's automation features (such as Runbook Automation) to streamline network operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (network engineers, IT operations, L1) to provide visibility into network performance and issues,also to generate regular reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
