Responsibility:
- Replaced defective parts of machine and adjust clearrances and alignment of moving parts.
- Aligned machines and equipment, using hoists, jacks, hand tools, squares, rules, micrometers, and plumb bobs.
- Connected power unit to machines and steam piping to equipment, and tested unit to evaluate its mechanical operation.
- Repaired and lubricated machines and equipment.
- Assembled and installed equipmen, using hand tools and power tools.signaled crane operator to lower basic assembly units to bedplate, and align unit to centerline.
- Moved machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks.
- Attached moving parts and subassemblies to basic assembly unit using hand tools and power tools.
- Assembled machines, and bolt, weld, rivet, and fastened them to foundation or other structures, using hand tools and power tools.
- Laid out mounting holes, using measuring instruments, and drilled holes with power drill.

Job Description:
Conduct operational testing to support safety action plans. Provide Technical suppor to apprentice employees. Provide periodic updates to general foreman to ensure daily plan requirements are met. Ensure labor and equipment is positioned to inspect, test and repair equipment to meet the needs of the daily plan.
